Biography
Packaging. 1925: founded in Berlin by Hellmuth Klaehre (‘Claire’ or ‘Clair’) and Herbert Zumpe, the latter a former student of F.H. Ernst Schneidler. Specialized in wrapping designs, especially chocolate. Occasionally their work was signed ‘Clair’ (Klaehre) and ‘Zumpe’.
